Terms and conditions
1) Rental period is for up to 3 months, commencing from the date of install. A request must be made for removal 2 days prior to the 3 month period or additional rental fees of $15 per month will apply.
2) The realtor assumes all responsibility for By-Law compliance when requesting a sign post to be installed.
3) If underground sprinkler, gas/water mains are within a reasonable location of the install, PixlWorks must be informed prior to our installer attending the property. PixlWorks does not assume any liability for damage between the ground level to a depth of 24 inches below.
4) The price includes one trip to install the sign post. Additional trips to move or adjust the sign post will carry an additional fee of $25 per visit.
5) If a sign post install is refused by the home owner/tenant and the installer must return, an additional fee of $25 will apply.
6) If a sign post is damaged or stolen, a replacement fee of up to $150 will apply. (main post $90, side rail $40, $20 accessories including sign rider bracket, internal hardware, end caps and top caps) Once install has been completed, a time and date stamped photograph will be taken. After this time, the responsibility of the sign belongs to the realtor until the sign is removed.

8) Please have your order placed by 2pm the day prior to you requested install date.
9) Additional out of area surcharge. Squamish +$75, Whistler +$100 (upon request), Hope +$100 (available on Thursday or in conjunction with another service)
